Re: Animated Drop Down Menu Extension is DEMO after upgrading to WWB 17 Plus
Got it! The file access error appears to be related to my download manager (DownThemAll!) attempting to download timeline.zip in up to four concurrent segments. I set the number of download segments to 1 in DownThemAll! preferences and the file downloaded successfully. It's weird because all the ...

Thanks Pablo, I have now successfully downloaded "Hexagon Grid" and "Sticky Full Screen Menu" but unfortunately Timeline.zip is still missing.

Re: Animated Drop Down Menu Extension is DEMO after upgrading to WWB 17 Plus
Hi Pablo, Many thanks for the link, that resolved the issue with the Animated Drop Down Menu Extension. However... 1) Whilst checking the list for completeness, I noticed that I am unable to download the following extensions from there (even though they are listed) because the zip files are missing ...

Animated Drop Down Menu Extension is DEMO after upgrading to WWB 17 Plus
Hi Pablo, I have just upgraded on Windows 10 from WWB 16 to WWB 17 Plus (both 64 bit). I installed the seven extension packs which are included with WWB 17 Plus by copying all the files from the supplied zip archives to the folder C:\Users\UserName\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\extensions ...

This is sad news. Rafael was very talented indeed. Whenever I was in touch with him, his helpfulness and commitment to product improvement was most impressive. My thoughts are with Rafael and his family and friends. Thanks for letting us know Zinc.

I've been a happy WWB customer since licensing V3.5.1 on the 26th of November 2006 which is 11 years, 1 month and 18 days. Long may it continue!

Re: Javascript cookie creation and re-use between WWB project pages
Thanks Pablo, I just got it going. I've been sitting in front of my screen for too long and neglected to upload cookies.js. No wonder it wasn't working!
All the Best,
David

Javascript cookie creation and re-use between WWB project pages
I am looking for a way to handle cookies with javascript between html pages in my WWB project and wondered how others here do this? For example, I've just been looking at the Mozilla Simple Document Cookie Framework https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Document/cookie/Simple_document ...

Re: Which Ecommerce Solution?
Thanks all for your comments.
@zinc - also thanks for your offer of advice. I may just take you up on it.
@[RZ] - I'm glad to hear you don't mind a bit of 'brain-pecking' because there may be some more questions to follow from me next week.

Re: Which Ecommerce Solution?
Hi zinc,
Your interjection is most welcome. I am currently communicating with RZ and his pre-sales support is certainly fast and helpful. I really like the idea of a WWB integrated cart system and it is good to hear of your positive experience with RZ's suite.
Cheers,
David

Hi Colin,
Thanks for your reply. Yes there are a lot of options! It's a bit of a research black hole and I'm still investigating.

Hi Colin,
I am looking into the current WWB ecommerce options for an upcoming project and wondered how you got on with your project? Did your choice of cart work out well for you? I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts.
Cheers,
David

Re: Search Engine Submission Extension for WB8, 9 and above
Hi, This is an interesting extension idea and I thought you might like a little feedback. Personally I would like a bit more information / reassurance that your submission technique is not going to 'upset' any of the search engines and that it doesn't use any 'dodgy tricks' etc. Web site owners do ...

phpDesigner 8 - PHP and javascript IDE
Hi Folks, I have just found a great scripting IDE called phpDesigner 8 which really helps with creating and running PHP and javascript scripts (amongst others). It is a really useful addition to my toolbox and helps me easily develop scripts to work with WWB. It is a 'paid for' product but in my ...
