Dat is normaal gesproken niet nodig bij extensies. Ik ben echter zelf niet bekend met deze extensie, dus ik kan daar geen ondersteuning voor bieden.

De "File Publisher" vind je in de toolbox.

Je kunt de extensie via the Extensie manager installeren.
Of handmatig kopieren naar de map: Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\extensions\
