You have set the aspect ratio to 'auto'. This only works for mp4 format.
If you use a different format then you will need to specify the aspect ratio manually.

I recommend to use mp4 for the best browser compatibility.

If you set the email format to HTML or richtext then PHP Mailer is forced, because standard php mail does not support HTML formatting.
