I'm pretty sure the problem is not with the version 15 as another web site with another host is working OK. I'm in touch with the host now, probably the problem is there. Found the problem with the hosting site, fixed it.

The text was not copied and pasted but rather "insert text" was used. And it doesn't matter when on the page it is inserted, it still ends up at the upper left.

The image displays; and I know how to select the image. The issue is that upon publishing it, or even previewing, the image and the background color 'pulse' and lock the page. Hard to describe but it is as if first the image and then the color, milliseconds each, over and over.

I'm sorry, I should have explained what was causing the issue:

It was NOT a firewall issue as is usually the case with a 12029 error but rather a name server issue with the domain. Simple fix but wasn't where I was looking at first (or second.)
