I am thinking that these people are using form fill in their browser and just adding comments. Here is an example of what she is getting: Values submitted from web site form: IP Address ...

I tried using the following:
condition - equal to
value - First Name
Action - disable
target - last Name

did not work for me. Is the correct conditions or am I doing it wrong?

One of my clients has a form on her site and she keeps getting people filling out the form using the same name in First and Last name fields. Is there any way to prevent this?

Yes it was done with latest version of WB. I have been using WB for a couple of years now and will use nothing else. It just keeps getting better and better. Just curious what graphic was it that made you ask the question?
