My web host insisted that nothing has been changed, so I tries different settings. None of the secure ones would connect. However, when I went back to the “unsecure” Standard FTP AND with the “use passive mode” UNCHECKED , it was able to upload all files, including the images. Go figure. :/ ---Frank

I made sure the firewall is allowing all WebBuilder connections. Still no joy.
I tested the "Explore" feature in the Publish window and I can navigate all folders on the server and see all of the files.

Uninstalled and reinstalled (no regedits made), same issue. "Run as admin" Win asks to allow, click yes, start screen flashes and disappears like always.

When the initial screen first came up, I was asked if I wanted to migrate the setting from my old version to the new version and I clicked "yes".
