Thanks for getting back on this. In the video I sent demonstrating the issue the image was at the very back with the text in front but as can be seen from the video the text could not be selected... I have found that even when double clicking on the text in the object manager wasnt doing it for me ...

WB 18.3.1 I have never used the Brightness feature before so had a look at it to see what it does.. Have you tried using a stand alone FTP client like Filezilla.. Worth a try because you can see where the files you are publishing end up.

I dont know if this helps but I work the same way with Master Page containing the menu

Is it possible that your Mater Page is not at bottom of the list in the Object Manager?

Just click on the image grab the lower right edge handle point .. left click on you mouse and drag to the smaller size..

Yes I originally used .ico which didnt work.. then tried ico which of course is not correct.

But it seems that for me its not working and it ends up withe html files and the file still works as interned.

Check the ico image and its definitely an icon image will try and do a screen capture
