Does this mean that the "Tabs" object I find under the "Layout" menu is valid and I can safely use it?

I'm using version 18 and I have already created many pages with that extension.

I wanted to use jQuery Tabs on my site but I saw that it is deprecated.

I read in the forum that there is a bootstrap version of the extension but I couldn't find it, not even a paid one.
Is there a paid version? Otherwise how can I proceed to substitute jQuery Tabs in other ways?
