For your budget it is really low as it would take someone more than a couple of hours to do this it not just a template but really a rebuild of what you already have

No i don't have.
Disk with all backups data was formatted and overwritten.(don't ask how.....)
Import don't work, it don't take in count (cards, css, carousel, parallax,...).
Import html works like (html to simple text with pics)

I'm sorry, it was my mistake. in the same folder were 2 file with identical names. I didn't look on file extension.
