Have you looked at how it correctly renders on a PC? It always stays behind the text art perfectly.

I know it is 90x90 that is generated/uploaded. Try and add a gallery and set the thumbnail size to 200x200 then preview. It will display the thumbnails correctly without scaling. I have the menu now 'responsive' and it breaks at 360. There is however an issue with the 'spacing'. When it breaks at 360 it stops adding in the spacing. They come zooming in from the left side when index page loads. Is it an issue with the menu item names? It only appears when I am displaying at 2560x1440 or larger

The error indicates that you did not set passive mode. This means that if you have a firewall or router that the connection will fail. Passive Mode has always been checked marked. Never been changed.
