Re: Ecwid very slow loading
I did not - yet. I received a response from Ecwid. They put in some extra time to figure this out, copied below. It looks like an Apple Safari issue. It is strange that apparently nobody else has this problem. Can I put the HTML code in something else than a Flexgrid and still have the responsive ...

Re: Ecwid very slow loading
Well, that is question.
As said, the same amount of data loads in a few seconds on the same network, but with an Android phone or W10 PC.
Accessing the store via the direct link ("https://store[store id].company.site") on an iphone also works fast.

Ecwid very slow loading
I use Ecwid for online sales on our website. Just recently someone made me aware about the very long load time (>2 min) when using an iphone. Android, W10 loads within a few seconds. The last few days I tried several iphones and all have the long wait time. All on the same network. The store loads ...

Re: Responsive menu
This is not really an answer to my questions. I will not take down my web site to post a few pages. Is it even possible to scale the responsive menu? All font sizes and padding are set in the properties. By setting the Flexbox parameters I can have the available width of the responsive menu to ...

Re: Responsive menu
I can upload a project to the web server, but that would mean taking the current web site down and you would need a password. I do not know how other people do this or allow this. How can I get this sample project to you?
About the font, the "Bradley Hand ITC" is installed on my PC. I do not get any warning/error message during design nor uploading. The end result is definitely not WYSIWYG. Why not just upload the font data?

Re: Responsive menu
The ResponsiveMenu is inside a Layout grid.
And to make sure I set the Flexbox parameters (basis and shrink) for both menu and Layout Grid.
It does not change size.

Border Flexgrid and
I have two questions: I set a border around a Flexgrid in two breakpoints: and Default and 480 px. The border is a style image taken from the Gallery. It works OK in the default breakpoint, but in the 480px breakpoint it is not shown. Changing it to a solid border does work. I use the font "Bradley ...

I use WB15
Is there a way to have the Responsive Menu to shrink smaller when the available width gets less. I tried to set the Flexbox setting, but that does not seem to work.

Re: Flexgrid boundaries do not expand
Very well, how do you then explain this?
I have a program file loaded into WB14 that shows an incorrect behavior.
Loading the same file in WB15 shows the correct behavior.
I can send you the program file if that helps. I already re-installed WB14, same thing.

Re: Flexgrid boundaries do not expand
Thank you.
WB15 seems to resolve the issue.
Do I now have to purchase an upgrade to resolve a bug?

Flexgrid boundaries do not expand
I hope this under the correct topic. I use WB 14. On a page a have a Flexgrid with 3 rows, 1 column. The third row holds a Photo Gallery with several photos. The issue is that the boundaries of the row do not expand with the size of the Photo Gallery (boundaries indicated with the blue dotted line ...

Layoutgrid vs. Flexgrid
I made a website using WB14. A break point is set at 480. I notice that a Photogallery placed in a Layoutgrid nicely reduces all content in size when less than 480 is available. It seems that a Photogallery with same width placed in a Flexgrid does not have that behavior. The size of the photos is ...

Re: Header question
Thank you Pablo.
For now I used a Layout grid as header. It does what I want to accomplish but is not perfect, unless I overlook something, a Layout grid does not allow you to set different style features per break point.
I will also try the HTML.

Header question
I would like to have a header on top of the page with a Responsive menu on the left side and a logo on the right hand side, independent of the screen width. Like the Agency Template. When I copy the settings, the logo (on my page) on the right does not adjust properly.
What do I miss?

Re: Menu is shown behind a picture
Thank you Pablo.
Strange thing is, The photo is part of a Flexgrid. Above the photo is a text object, also part of the Flexgrid. The text is shown below the menu.

Menu is shown behind a picture
I use a Responsible Menu in a Flexgrid.
Below the menu is a picture. When the menu is pulled out it is shown behind the photo.
Any workaround?

Background texture
I use a texture as background in Flexgrid and LayoutGrid areas. Everything looks fine in in the WB14 editor. When published, some areas do not show the background, but are transparent. If I change to another background, it works fine. Any idea? For now, I duplicated the first texture (with another ...
