How do I reactivate this version. I have my Serial Number but I can't locate where I do it. Please advise

both programs are on same machine and has not been loaded on any other device... I have my serial number can I reactivate ver 15

I have been using ver. 15 for a while and suddenly I get a WYSIWYG Logo on my pages when I open go to edit web pages. I checked and it indicates that I'm using a trail version of 15. I also check my 14 version and get the same results. did my subscription run out or what.....

Can you advise if there is anyone in the St. Louis Missouri area that can be contacted to help me solve my problem with the publish locations. I enjoy using Ver: 15 but ever since I upgraded it's a problem. I believe that if I can speak with someone this can be corrected.

Well the problem was finally resolved. With the help of your support team, I discovered that the problem was the remote folder. The sites were not pointing to the correct locations Once that was corrected every thing fell into place. All sites have been updated (thank goodness). Still learning about ...

no changes have been made to the remote folder. it was /public_html.
