Thank you very much! But the programm write that your file was created with new version WYSIWYG Web Builder. I've updated to WYSIWYG Web Builder 19.1.2 (last update: March 8, 2024), but the problem still exist.

Thank you for your answer and support. All what i've done before - just save the file and close the programm yesterday. I have no back up, and unfortunately i have no system restore of my PC. Today I've visited the organization which restrore files, but they answered, that my file is fragmenteded ...

There is a big problem: the main file of my site does not want to open. Error: An unknown error occurred while accessing the file. No recovery program could restore it. But there were no current copies of the file, so I really need recovery.

Exactly it is not the bug of brauser, because i have the same situation when use chrome and mozilla. It is rather the bug of samsung keyboard.

Hi! The problem with samsung dissapears when I imput e-mail in form manually. It doesn't depend on brouser (i tried three different brousers on samsung) Of course, it is uncomfortable for user. Did anybody face this problem? What was the decision?

I know the name of error because on error page in text there is an inscription ##error##
