Hey Pablo, in the mean time I "solved" the problem.
The panel menu I used for navigation caused (or causes) the problem.
I now use the breadcrumb instead and everything works fine now.
Perhaps the panel menu needs some attention?

I use bookmarks on my page (flexgrid).
Bookmark works but smooth scrolling, special effect and offset don't work.
I can not figure out why???
