It Found 0 file(s) when I public in page FTP or to local folder.

Changes will not update
I recently purchased/downloaded the new Ver 16. Since doing so, when I make changes to my web pages and re-publish the changes. The changes do not appear. If I check my work in the preview, it look great but when publishing the changes do not appear. I have tried publishing by selected page and then ...
