Oops. I expected that the window size was based on the largest heading. I made it wider and there they are.

Unfortunately not here. I checked if I could find settings for it but no.

I miss shortcuts for Up, Down etc. in the Site Manager. Using the right mouse key is a rather laborious task. Are there any options?
