Why do my images get different names when I publish?

Post by Pablo »

When you apply effects (rotation, shadow, reflection, resample etc) or add a frame to an image then WYSIWYG Web Builder will create a new version of the image to prevent the original file from being overwritten.
You can specify the prefix of the generated file name in Menu->Tools->Options->Publish
Also in the Object Manager you can view and edit the automatically generated names through the context menu: Right click the object in the Object manager and select 'Allocated filenames'
