I have a form with the usual elements, name, address, phone, email and also a Text Area for customer input.
The problem is that the text area does not arrive in the mail, see example.

I would like some information please
IP Address : 82.25.35.165
My Address Is : 1234 ffrr
My Phone Number Is : 123457890
Email : me@aol.com
My Name Is : bill


any ideas

Are you sure the textarea is within the bounds of the form?

I was referring to the name, not the ID.

Note that it's difficult you help you if I cannot see what you have done.

Well I managed to sort it out. First of all I held the mouse pointer over each element to make sure they were within the frame boundaries, and they all were. Next I selected the frame and cut it from the page but the text area stayed where it was, I then pasted the frame back and the text area was behind the frame so I selected it and placed it back within the frame making sure that the frame border highlighted to confirm it was within the borders.
Not sure what was wrong, but it works now.
