Hello,

at first i want to say, that the WB is an wonderful program. therefore i upgraded from 14.4.0 to 15.0.4 a couple of days ago.
I started with an existing project in WB 15 wich was build in WB 14 before. The first problem was that some single pages could not opened. so i tried a several times to solve the problem. But it was matter what i tried. So i decided to rebuild the whole project (i have to say, that it was time for it anyway).

All's went good. Then i had set a single page protect for a page in Java-Mode becouse i dont have access on a server and in WB 14 it runs without trouble. It dont worked. the page opened and the Form is there, but nothing happened after entering the password. So i was sarching for a possible solution. I also updated from 15.0.4 to 15.0.5. With no solution. I also tested it in a new project, but that did not work either. No functonality at all.

i couldnt find a solution anywhere. So i hope you can help me.

Best Regards
Tandilwe

Maybe there is a conflict with other (javascript) code on the page?
To be able to help you, I need a copy of the project file.

I could create a completely new project, which I have already tried, but this causes exactly the same problem. So a completely blank page with nothing but the Single Page Protect. So I would assume that it is not because of the existing project, right? I've really tested it at least 5 times. As I said, the prompt also opens as it is available by default, but nothing happens when I use the default password and click on the login button. Its the same with an custom password.

This feature has not changed compared to previous versions.

I have created a test page and this works for me (password: password):
http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/support/protected.php

To be able to help you I need a copy of your project so I can see all your settings.

Single page protect does not work in local preview because it requires PHP. So, it must be published to a web server.
This was not different in WB14.

This feature has not changed.
Do you have a working example (project) of WB14 that does not work in WB15?

Okay, I did the following.
First, I created a page in WB14 that was like your test page. Only a text and protection on it. Then I published this as a wbs file saved and tested. The protection worked.
Then I opened the project in the WB 15 and again published separately. The protection did not work anymore.

I think maybe I should try it on another system. It may well be because of my work system. I still have a notebook, which I can use for it.

no idea what you've done, but its working now!
Thank you. :D

PS: I do not know what you did, but it works again now. If you have done anything about my problem, you should include this in the Release Notes.
