Publish problems

Post by Donald »

I was getting "Internet Exception Error 12002 Details: the operation timed out. Publish failed. " After viewing /viewtopic.php?t=71717/ I changed Wininet to Winsock. Now the page uploads, but when I checked the page final result, the page is totally blank. Shows fine on F5.

Did it previously work?
Did you change something?
If not, then maybe there is a problem on the server side?
What information is in the publish log?

Yes, it previously worked and I did not change anything.
As to the server: We found that you tried to publish using WYSIWYG Web Builder. Since it is a 3rd party application and it is out of our scope.
I tried them first as I'm familiar with did "it previous work and did I change anything" from this, board which I read whenever I have a chance.

Is this the publish log you are referring to?

Is this all the information in the log?
Are you sure your settings are still valid? Maybe the webhost has changed something?
Can you connect with another FTP tool using the same settings?
Did you make sure you firewall does not block the connection?

I don't see anything uploading but x.css, although the log says it found 7 files. Have you published to disk and if so are all files / directories correctly created?
