Zoom in Effects for hover images inside a layout grid

Dear Pablo,

Please help me on this, I have been struggling to get this transition for quite sometime, but they dont work like this site http://www.brescadc.com scroll all the way down on the menu it has two images one for menu and the other for cocktail when you hover the image you will see the zoom effect but only inside the layout.

I went to the animation field and under the transition I first triggered default with the property transition with default value, and again I triggered hover and its property to transition x and y to scale x 1.1 and scale y 1.1. but they do work but not like the website that I have mentioned above, they actually comes out of the layout grid, I also tried with overflow hidden by referring to one of the forum suggestion, but still I couldn't do it..
