Layout Grid as Header

Post by hpwehrli »

Hello
I use in two websites a "Lyaout Grid" with overflow=none, Layout=fluid, Gutter=15, Breakpoint=480, Semantic Tag=<div>, Position=sticky, May. width=blank, Column heigth=auto, Grid system=default.

When I scroll a little bit down,
on http://www.nathape.com/ the Layout grid disappears
on https://www.restaurant-palais-gourmand.com/ it do not disappears
But it is 100% the same Layout Grid.

I like both, but I do not know, where I can determine this case.

I tried to find out, but unfortunately without success. Does anyone know the answer?

Thanks for helping and best regards.

This is something i have noticed when it first came out. I found that you need to have a normal layout grid towards the end of the page not set to sticky. Try adding a layout grid at the end and see if it sticks.

Hi crispy68

Thanks a lot for your the answer.
I found the "Problem": If you have in "Page Properties" in the Tab "General" by "page alignment" --> "set page with and hight to 100%" the sticky Layout Grid on the top will disappear after scrolling down maybe one or two pages.
By all other option in page alignment, the sticky Layout Grid will stay.

For Pablo: PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE, I LIKE THIS "OPTION" VERY MUCH. Disappearing the header is very nice.

Thanks a lot again.
