Embedded hidden object on master page affects responsive width

Post by IzzyAvraham »

Main menu and responsive menu are on master page 1. The master page is embedded on page 2. The problem is that when page 2 goes responsive it doesn't go to 320x, it goes as wide as the main menu on the embedded master page even though the main menu is hidden. What's puzzling is that this isn't a problem on page 1 itself, only when it's embedded on page 2.

See screenshots here for example: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

And live page here: https://holylanguage.com/esword-2.html

I'm using the newest version of Builder 14. What am I missing here? I tinkered with everything possible and it didn't make a difference including changing the master page from being a layer. Thank you for your help! And please let me know if I should update the subject to this post to something more accurate.

Thank you for the link but that didn't help. The main menu is wider than 320x and doesn't fit. And when I change the CSS visibility options the menu doesn't show at all. What DID work was opening each page, going 320px, and then unclicking "Include Visibility RWD". I also had to do this for the main menu at the top of the page. Lots of work but seems to be the only way. Hopefully this will help anyone else reading this thread.
