Text published as image is not responsive

Post by UncleEti1 »

Hello,

SInce I am using asian fonts (Tibet), I don't think every computer will be able to dispaly them, even if it's Microsoft fonts (himalaya fonts). So I saved them as image, It publishes nicely, but in preview, I have still the death-red line 'not-responsive appearing". Is this a problem? And is there a solution?

Thank you very much.

If you publish text as an image then it will not be responsive because it's an static image. The image data is the same for all breakpoints.

If you need / require to use a specific font that may not available to all users / visitors of your site it is still possible see the following:

Actually, till now I was attaching/linking a PDF file to the page where I wanted to display TIbetan, and after thinking about it, I will keep doing that, not wanting to have different practices for the same aim, but I will surely give a try to the webfonts some day.

Thank you.
