RWD Check & Interesting Phenomenon
If your site has a breakpoint of 1024, and you go to Google Chrome to check it, it provide two different views depending on which tool within Chrome you use. If you use the RWD icon in the upper right, it might render the view of the breakpoint smaller than 1024. This seems to be due to the scroll bar it renders. However, if you choose to click on the hamburger menu in the upper right (next to the rwd icon), and down to "more tools" and over to "developer tools", and choose the resolution of 1024x768, it should render the view that is for the 1024 breakpoint. I am sure this is because the scroll bar is more narrow than on a desktop computer. Chrome is excellent at "previewing" a site prior to publishing.
