If you use grids, it can be very complicated to use layers.
You can use the simple carousel in WB with the extension "jor_carouselMeetsJssor" as a responsive and floating layer.
Give one single page in carousel, so it stands. Now you can use it as a layer.

No there is no common library on the forum to upload files to. If you wish to share any files then you can do so by uploading to your own host/server and simply provide a link to download from. Or alternatively upload to a free file sharing site such as Mediafire and again provide a link to download.
