Try Google using 'Detect AdBlocker javavscript' or 'How to detect AdBlocker' were you should find a example script you can use. Just my two cents, try not to force the user ( by script) to disable there AdBlocker so they can view, as it is a users choice if they wish to see ads or not (that's the purpose of using a adblocker) even if you are using them as a source of revenue, it is better to have a user visit than not at all.
