sticky button - always on top

sticky button - always on top

Hi,

Is anyone knows how to sticky a button with reload page action that I could see it always on top even when scrolling the page?

Before I was trying to do it similar using sticky layer but javascript didnt work for me.. I was choosing Event onClick window.reload(true); but I dont know what should I do next? Someone could help me with this?
