AUSTRALIAN (ONLY) WEB BUILDERS - Info Sought

Dear Fellow Ozies,

I've been with TPP Wholesale for some time now. They used to be excellent but are far from that now.

At last I've decided to bite the bullet and migrate my Clients to another provider for:

1) Domain registration and renewal.
2) Website Hosting.
3) Email accounts.
4) Email spam control.
5) SSL Certs.

The email account propagation and Client site/device reconfig will be a bit painful, but it's got to be done.

I want a Oz provider with Oz employees (that I can have a normal conversation with and understand) that know their stuff and provide good service.

Suggestions?

PLEASE - OZ website folk only and providers please.

I couldn't find any phone numbers on their site - that concerns me.

Im personally with Crazy domains and have been for over 6 years now and I have also got around 15 of my customers on them as well and to date have had no real issues.
They are both AU and OS

They do not do phone only tickets, I had several issues of my own creation and the response time was around 20 minutes up to around 10 pm Melbourne time.

he parent Company is https://ventraip.com.au/ they may do phone.
