You can compress it with winzip then upload to your host/server then provide a url so to be able to download or upload to one of the many free file hosts suvh as Mediafire and again provide a url to download.

You have used an absolute positioned page header. This means that it will cover all floating elements below it.
Also, layer grids should not be part of a page header, because a page header is for absolute content.

Please remove the layout grid from the header.

Yes it works when I do a preview but when I publish it on the vendor the pages that are displayed are destructured, it does not correspond to my layout

Here is problem in project, because you have invisble part, like in "masterpageLayoutGrid1", where have font Awesome icons which is imvisble, also that have in grid before "LayoutGrid2", where is not visible css menu, so why hapend that, i not know, i that see when begin in one version and update to another version, also must notice one other Tools in WWB which must to use, Page / Error Reports / , Here all must be clean, not must have any mistakes, also i noticed self, somtimes when give handly names not use like this
- masterpageLayoutgrid1 and second
- masterframe_Layoutgrid1
sometimes that give mistakes, so suggestions WWB have that to do auto, with settings in / Tools / HTML- check optioms "Include page name automatically generated ID attributes" and first create master_frame and than when finshed you can uncheck, and he write code with that automatic generated.
Also your image name must like one name not name with space between, image1.jpg not like image 1.jpg. that must also take care about that stuff.
To resume: Best options to create new same deisgn for master_page / Take care about unique names / and other page you can simply copy from existing project
Solve like this and not have any problem, must notice sometnig. when have two object with same ID names, WWB is confused.
