File Cabinet Effect? Tabs - Cards - Gallery

A page that would show a line of tabs like a filing cabinet folder. When you clicked on a tab a page of info (text) would open up. The tab would just have a date on it. This would be ideal.

What am I wanting to do?
Have a lot of info (50 to 70 pages) that will be logged by date that would not be active in the page menu bar. An icon or small image to associate the page visually would be nice but not necessary. Just looking at some other ways besides a column of dates with a link to them. And or the best way to facilitate that site wise. Use a sub-domain or blog?

And I am wanting to put everything in a layout grid at this time.

Alright Pablo, tab feature works and is responsive. What a time and space saver once setup.

Questions:
1.) Seems to work OK in a layout grid? (initially)
2.) Will work in flexbox? (Seems awkward and disappears. Doing something wrong?)

Correct, tabs also work in a layout grids. Just make sure that 'position children is set to 'floating'.

It also works in flexgrid, however you will probably need to adjust the flex grid/ shrink properties.
