Maintain main menu colour when sub-menu is in use

Post by gasconman »

My main menu has a white background. This is set to change to blue on hover. Sub-menu backgrounds are also set to blue. However, when any of the sub-menu items are moused over, the main menu section reverts to white which leaves the blue sub-menu 'hanging' in a not very attractive manner. Is there any way to maintain the hover colour of the main menu item whilst the sub-menu item is being selected?

I'm sorry, there is no option to control this behavior for this menu.
Alternatively, you can use one of the other menus. For example, the bootstrap menu.
