Check for Updates not Working
Despite having "check for updates on start-up" box marked, the program does not do so. I've had to manually update the program by going to your site and download the update for the last two updates. Any ideas?

What version of the software/program are you using? Its always best to say so help can be provided.

The update notification is intentional delayed.
I always announce updates via the forum first because I usually get quick feedback here.
If there are any issues I have overlooked then I can quickly fix it before notifying other users who do not visit the forum.
