As Pablo has mentioned, some extensions do not work in 64 bits version of WB. There are some extensions already exist to be uploaded to 64 bits version, but some don't work in that version.
I would like to know if there is a way to convert 32-bit-extensions to 64 bits.

All official WB extension(s) have already been ported over from 32-bit to 64-bit. All other extensions should (user made) should work in both.
