Browser preview f5 template out of line

Hi there im considering moving to your software to build my websites after previously using Ezigenerator software, so first impression looks good with lots of facilities in the software

My very first issue is I open a new template so all looks good but when I do the f5 preview everything is out of line, I have tried this with different browsers but still the same, I am using the latest edition but I am reluctant to purchase at the moment because of this

This is most likely related to the DPI settings.
