Upgrade Question

Is there an approximate date for the release of WebBuilder 16?
If I upgrade to version 15 now, will I be entitled to a free upgrade to the next version?

The average release cycle of a new version is 15 - 18 months. The latest version was released less than a year ago, there is no release date for the next version yet.
