It seems that the link for the new Update 4 Jan 21, has not been updated.

It goes to Update 28 Dec 20.

Same problem here. If I use the link in this post and download the file I still get the file from 28-12-2020. Cleaning the cache and running Privazer didn't solve this problem. It's not the first time I have this problem. The whatsnew.txt is from 3-1-2021.

A simple explanation for this there may have been a "Hot Fix" If this was the case then there is usually a delay before it catches up.

Yes as BF says - Also I was referring to the ZIP containing the files only and not the full installation.
Running WYSIWYG Web Builder since 2007...
