We have a registration key for 15 but the program is not asking us to enter it when it starts.
What can we do?

What do you mean what we did? All we did was move it over to a new pc with pc mover professional.

And now it says it a trial version which we already own and have a key for.

This usually indicates that your license has been activated more than 3 times example of this the new PC makes the 4th activation. Please contact the email address provided for assistance.
