Suggest an Extension/Tool similar to these Sliders

Post by onlye »

Can someone point me to a tool or extension to do what the sliders at the top of these two website are doing. Don't have to have video. But large image slider with the large descriptive text over the image. I haven't used sliders much and looks like there are several options. Thanks for the recommendations!

You can use the normal carousel for both. Then on each slide add your text and events to show the text on each slide. Similar to what I did here on this template

Thanks Crispy. I had tried the carousel on a test page for something different. Is is a layer? I tried to put it in a layout grid and it would not go.
Image Carousel or Carousel?

To add it to a layout grid you have to set the carousel to full width = flexible. This will make what you put inside the carousel floating. However, you can also simply set the carousel to full width and floating and it will work with other layout grids/floating layers on the page. You can change the size of the carousel in the bp's which is what I did on this site.
