Left hand toolbox hiding images is missing

Hello
In upgrading to WB16 from WB12 the setting I had in the left toolbox where I could hide images usually when using small screen size like 320px Etc has dissapeared
I have looked at help without success.
I have a screen shot to attach if required.
Where do I attach the Jpg of the image.

Try This
Open my website then drag the page to size for a mobile phone
I want to hide the Mauve triangle but the hiding tool in the left
toolbox is missing since I upgraded to WB16.

I would rather like to know what I am doing to find it rather than clicking on things and making things worse

Do you mean the Object Manager is missing?

You can activate it via Menu -> View- > Object manager.
