Lottie Files

Post by ha33y »

Hi all,
just upgraded to version 17 and trying out the animation lottie thingy....but can't get it to show up at all in my site.
I have used the lottie box, downloaded a JSON file and loaded it into the box, and insterted the file into a layer grid.
After publishing, there is nothing there.

A simple step by step guide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

website is :
zorbathegreek.co.uk

go down in between 'Order Online' and 'click here'

I have instered a Lottie delivery on a bike animation. but it does not show.

I have played with the pad sizes of the layout grid which makes no difference.

I started a demo site with only 2 animations and it worked but I can't get it to work on this site.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Did you upload all the files to the server? It doesn't look like you have.

There are a couple of files (skrollr.min.js, lottie-player.js) that are getting 404 errors which means they are not present on the server. Make sure all files are uploaded.

I hope it's not the same problem as before with the images.....
I am simply uploading from the software, it should upload and put everything into the correct folders no?
I tried it exactly the same way with a demo site with nothing but 2 lottier images and it worked fine....why not with this site?

Are you sure you are publishing All files and not just html files?

The best way to see what your settings are is to provide a demo project.

Please make sure that you publish all files.
If files are missing then it will not work.
