website does not work well, only, in android phones and tablets

I have been trying to solve this problem for two days. I created this site for myself and applauded it on the server. everything is fine if I open it in Windows laptop or desktop or APPLE phone or tablet. In ANDROID phones and tablets look horrible and don't work well. I leave a link to the page, maybe someone can help me please. thx

It looks like you have set the minimum width wrong somehow as there are scroll bars at the bottom of the page in mobile view.

A demo project (wbs file) would help.

I do not have an Android device to try it on.
However, I cannot find anything wrong with your website.
For me, it looks correct in all browsers.

On my phone your form is way off the page causing horizontal scrollbars. Also, some of the areas are blank until I scroll after them and then the animation takes place to show them. Whatever you are using to trigger the animations might work for desktop but not on mobile as they are in the wrong spots to work well for both.

Re crispy68 reply regarding the scrollbars this is more than likely due to objects outside the viewpoint
