Question about weird text-Heading1-background

Post by etcbbu »

Hello,

Got a new website I'm building here:

https://judsonoutdoorpower.com/sandbox/

Scroll down a little-ways, and you'll see the piece of black text that says, "Judson Outdoor Power". Well, if you'll note, on some Breakpoints, there is a white background on it..? I have no idea from where that is coming. No idea. I've created several different projects with the H1 settings like I'm doing, here, and have never seen this. So. Just sort of at a loss. But, as always is the case with me—I'm probably missing some little option or choice or something that I'm too dumb to see. So if anyone will look at my project file at the following URL:

https://judsonoutdoorpower.com/sandbox/proj.zip

Perhaps *you* could see what I'm missing. I just need to know why that white-background is happening with my black-text H1 textbox, so that I can eliminate it. That white part is not supposed to be there. I *AM* trying to have the *SECOND* "text" object you'll see there, which is in white-text, but that's not the problem, here; there's clearly a white-box showing up, of some kind.

Can you please post, here, when you've downloaded this project-file, so that I can take it off this web-space?

God bless.

The background and text color for text2 are both white (#FFFFFF), and the background for text1 is set to transparent.

If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.

To remove the background color of the text:
- select/highlight the text
- in background color properties select, reset background.
