website design support

Post by DPB »

Hi,

I just updated my website and found an issue after publishing the page https://www.botelerracing.com/ProBlend_Lubricants.html
The first few layers of the page all run together but the last few are fine.
The issue appears to be in design with layers setup setting, but not sure what ones are the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Best regards
Dwight

Hard to say from just looking at the page/code. I can see the settings for the messed up layers have a width of 100% but the others have a fixed width. It would be helpful if you can provide a demo project so we can see your settings.

Although you have the choice to make any design you want as your websites visitor I would say to use "Layout Grids" as it is the modern way of web building. The design may change not a lot but I can assure you that the website will look much better in mobile and desktop devices. The use of layers are now very less in responsive webdesign. You have nice contents there. Just needs a good responsive framing.

Hi

Thanks to all who made suggestions and I did figure out a setting was incorrect and removed the "Relative Horizontal sizing".
When I read the comment from crisp68, I took another look at the settings.

PS: Palbo; thanks for the link on demo setup

best regards,
Dwight
