align text

Post by J.V. »

Hello to the WYSIWYG experts,
got WWB 7.1.4 on WIN 10.
There is a text box with a few lines. Would like to center the first line. All the other lines to the left.
Doesn´t work! Is there a way or trick to align lines in different ways in the same text box?

Thanks in advanve

You could have two text boxes, one below the other.

Text can only have one alignment per object. So, if you need different alignments then you will need multiple text boxes.

Can't you use the space bar on the first line to center the text

Joe
If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.

Pablo - I am curious is this a limitation of the RichEdit or HTML?

For example in Affinity Publisher you can do this.

It's a limitation of the editor.

That will only work for fixed size fonts like Courier New.
