Page loading

On one site in particular (https://bramleymanor.co.uk) when selecting a page, a brief display of a text-only page is shown before the actual page displays. Any ideas why this happens on one site and not another? Please see screenshot Image

Usually a slow internet connection will do that for me.

I have a fast internet connection and it still did it for me on the first time the page loaded.
