how to make a click to call link

Hi, instead of a"Go to email" button (or even a "Contact Form"), how to make a click to call / phone link / button?

In the link settings you can select, link to phone number

one quick thing: Does the page properties need to be set to PHP ?

Does the page use php such as a form or anything else that uses php if so yes if not then no.
