Just by opening WWB the when we move the mouse to the arrange section the "Tell me what you want to do" box seems to blink non stop without any trigger.

Note that this functionality is not specific to WWB, it's a standard feature, so it may be a system related issue.

By system related issue is it because I am running windows 11? Btw it is the 32bit version.

What I meant is, this functionality was not implemented by me. It's a standard system feature, so I have no control over how it works.
