use CSS menu with full-width

i cant use CSS menu in layout grid because in small screens' CSS menu change to vertical menu and that is not coordinated with layout grid.
for resolve that, i think should use full-width in CSS menu, but i cant find any option for that.

To make the css flexible, set the full width property to 'true' and button size to 'stretch'
