I think I am not compliant with,

GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and POPIA rules and laws

Sometimes when I go to a site they display a notice to the user for privacy and cookies

usually, this notice will pop up at the beginning of browsing the website.

Is there anything I can read about how I can do this?
