Navigational Bar

am still creating a site however now that i currently have 4 links in my Navigational Bar (Home Shop About Contact) "naturally" i need more (2 or 3 at the moment) how can i add them ONCE without having to change the navigational bar on EVERY page?

You can add the menu to the master page / master frame, then you only need to edit it once.
